Terms of use
Kinva connects luxury professionals. These terms say what the service does, what it does not do, and what each member agrees to respect.
The service
Kinva is an artificial intelligence agent serving a private network of professionals: luxury real estate agents, private jet brokers, luxury concierges. It understands what each member is looking for or offering, finds the member who can answer it, and introduces them to each other only if both agree.
It is an artificial intelligence: it says so from its first message. It can make mistakes; a member always reviews what the agent has kept before it is used for a match.
You write to it on WhatsApp, by email or in your space on the website: it is the same conversation everywhere.
Who can join
The network is open to professionals in three professions: luxury real estate agents, private jet brokers, luxury concierges. Joining requires a work email address, confirmed by a 6-digit code, a phone number for WhatsApp, and the following declaration, dated and kept:
"I work in a professional capacity and hold the authorisations required in my country."
A member can also invite a peer, and a partner can open a sign-up page to its community.
There is no password: you enter your space with a code received by email, and on WhatsApp, the linked number is enough.
One account belongs to one person. Profile information must be accurate. The service does not check licences or professional authorisations: each member is responsible for them.
What the service does, and what it does not
The service introduces two professionals; it does not negotiate, draft any contract, hold any mandate, take any commission or carry any payment between members. It does not act as a real estate or financial intermediary.
After an introduction, members deal directly with each other, under their sole responsibility, including for their professional obligations (authorisations, the rules of their profession, anti-money laundering).
The double agreement
Before both agreements, each member only reads a description of the other's need or offer, never their identity. If one declines or does not answer, the proposal closes and the other does not learn why. After both agreements, each receives the other's name, company and contact details, and a dated receipt.
Network rules
Never share the identity of an end client (name, phone, email, address): the agent removes it before anything is stored, but the member agrees not to communicate it.
Describe needs and offers honestly; keep what you learn about another member confidential; do not use the network for mass prospecting or resell what you learn there; remain courteous.
Free of charge, and limits
The service is free. Exchanges with the agent are capped each month; beyond the cap, the agent answers with texts written in advance, and your needs and offers stay active. Any paid offer would be announced in advance, and never applied without the member's agreement.
Support
The agent answers questions about the service. What it cannot solve itself (a code that does not arrive, an error, a complaint), it passes on to the publisher by email, and tells you so: the publisher answers you by email. You can also write to hello@kinva.eu.
Reports, suspension, exclusion
Every introduction can be reported. The publisher reviews the report; the reported person does not learn who made it. If these terms are breached, the publisher may exclude a member: their needs and offers are closed, their pending proposals close, and, if they were invited, the member who invited them is informed.
Liability
The service is provided as is. The publisher does not guarantee that a match will be found, what follows an introduction, or the accuracy of what members declare. The publisher cannot be held liable for exchanges and deals between members.
Duration, deleting your account
A member can delete their account at any time, from their profile: everything that belongs to them is erased, except the evidence records (the declaration log, introduction receipts) and their feedback on introductions, detached from their account: these are kept for 5 years. Details are in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may change. A significant change is announced to members before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts are those of the publisher's place of residence.
